— Eggnog Brûlée —
Eggnog anglaise cream with eggnog ganache in the center, both made with a blend of carefully selected spices. Feuilletine wafers on the outside, with a delicious crunchy caramelized top shell.
— Marshmallow Hot Chocolate —
A house-made, gooey vanilla marshmallow sandwiched between two shells, dipped in a luscious semi-sweet chocolate.
— White Peppermint Mocha —
Espresso pâté à bombe French buttercream with white chocolate, and a chocolate-coated mint patty in the center.
— Lemon Ginger —
Lemon curd buttercream with a house-made lemon ginger marmalade in the center, with lemon sablé cookie crumb on the outside.
Returning Rotational Flavours
— Red Velvet —
Light yet deeply flavourful red velvet cake in the center made with real buttermilk, cocoa powder, and vanilla bean. Cream cheese frosting on either side.
— Pistachio —
Buttercream made with a house-made pistachio paste and chopped roasted pistachio on the outside.
