Delivery Policy

We typically start deliveries from 11AM until 7PM, every day. Our delivery times may change during the holidays, but we will notify when applicable across our social platforms.

As we are a small business here in Toronto, we have limited resources for delivery. Therefore we can only cover certain locations each day of the week. We ask that you take this into consideration while placing your order. Also, for this reason, we cannot give customers an exact time for delivery. However, we will try our best to accommodate your time request when noted on your order. Our team will reach out to you to confirm any special arrangements.

We understand that our delivery time frame may be difficult to keep you or your recipients waiting, but we kindly ask you to be at home on days of delivery to avoid any unwanted damages or miscommunication. If you are sending our products as a gift, please make sure you either leave a note or notify the recipient in advance so there won’t be any inconveniences while accepting the order.

Aside from sending text messages upon arrival, our drivers will follow the instructions you left while ordering. Our drivers cannot make day-of or last-minute changes to their route since it will affect the delivery time for other customers.

Cancellations

We understand that there are situations where unpredictable schedules and plans arise. Our team would be happy to reschedule your order and do our best to accommodate your requests. Unfortunately, we cannot accept delivery/pick up cancellations on the day of the requested date. Since our team carefully plans every route for the best customer experience, cancellations can only be accepted with at least a 24 hours notice on most days, and 48 hours notice during holidays.

Refunds

Due to sanitary concerns, we are not able to offer refunds, exchanges, or redelivery. If there are any concerns, please do not hesitate to email us and we’d be happy to assess the situation and offer solutions. We assess each issue carefully and may require photo evidence. We cannot refund delivery fees if your order was successfully delivered to the designated address.
